1. Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the tour operator, airline, and hotel rules for the selected package. Exact conditions are confirmed before payment.

Eligible refunds are returned through the same electronic payment channel when possible, within the timelines of the payment provider and partners.

Promo fares, issued tickets, and certain hotel rates may be partially or fully non-refundable as stated in the booking confirmation.
